Garland of paper hearts

This is the simplest and most inexpensive solution. At the same time, such a garland will look nice on the walls, doors or windows. In order to make it, you need to first cut out the hearts of paper. In order for the hearts to look colorful and beautiful, cut them out of the journal paper. Advertising booklets for this case are also excellent.

Choose pages that are dominated by bright redor pink in color. Hearts of the same size can be gently cut, using a template of hard cardboard or - even easier - by purchasing a special puncher in the form of a heart in the creative shop. The cut hearts must be connected to each other.

Simple gluing can adversely affectform of hearts, and if you pass through a thread with a needle, they can turn in different directions. Therefore, such hearts are best sewn on a typewriter.

Foil hearts

A garland of hearts made of foil will belook beautiful and unusual, and in the faint light of candles, it will gleam with many small lights. Making it yourself is hardly more difficult than collecting a garland of paper hearts. First of all, you need to prepare the material. Foil of various colors and shades can be purchased in specialized stores or on the Internet.

However, for work the foil is quite suitable, inwhich is wrapped in chocolate, you just need to shake off the crumbs. Straighten the foil is not necessary, because in the process of work it will still have to be crushed. Focus on the size of a piece of foil, equal to a sheet of A4 paper, for one heart. Although the size of the hearts you can choose yourself.

Just keep in mind that making small heartsin the correct equal proportions will be more difficult. However, small differences make them more attractive. When you have enough material for the number of hearts you need, you can start creating them. There are several options.

You can make hearts of the same size, andyou can make different sizes and on a garland to alternate large with smaller ones. If you include a variety of colors of foil here, you can give vent to fantasy. The hearts themselves are made by crushing the foil into the desired shape. If you look carefully in shops or on the Internet, you can stumble upon special molds for making hearts.

It will be enough to stuff the foil tightly, andthen open the mold and get the finished heart. Although, in this case, to create hearts of different sizes, some of them have to be pruned with scissors. To form a garland of these hearts, it is very convenient to simply pass through them a thread with a needle. In addition, on the garland you can hang in places other decorations, for example, feathers, symbolizing the wings of Cupid or beads.

Hearts made of felt

This decoration will fit nicely in almostany interior and will please the eye of anyone entering the house. Determine how much you need hearts, and buy two pieces of felt of a certain length. The best solution is, however, buying a felt of several different colors, for example, red, pink and white - an excellent combination for all lovers on the day.

Two strips of the same color should be neatblend into equal intervals - this will be the thickness of the hearts - and then evenly folded together and sewed along one edge. The resulting piece of felt should be turned inside out and, again, smoothly fit the edges.

Thus, we get a tissue in the form of a heart. From the bottom it can be fastened with a simple office stapler. Finally, on the paved paths, you can carefully cut the hearts. To unite them in a garland, it is enough to pass a needle and thread through them.
