Chocolate hearts for Valentine's Day
To prepare this festive cookie we will take:
- flour - 400 g
- sugar - 200 g
- Butter - 150 g
- liquid honey - 125 g
- starch - 100 g
- cream - 40 ml
- cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
- mixture of ground spices - 2 tsp.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
Pour the cream and honey into the pan, put the butter andpour out the sugar. Put the pan on the fire and reheat it until the sugar is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Ready the homogeneous mass to cool, pour in it flour, starch, baking powder, cocoa powder and a mixture of ground spices (you can take the mixture or make it yourself from your favorite spices). We knead the dough, if it turns out too liquid - add more flour.
Ready dough wrapped in food film andwe cool for half an hour. The oven is heated to 180 ° C. Chilled dough rolled to a thickness of 0.5 - 1 cm and cut out the shape of a heart shape. We cover the baking tray with baking paper, put the hearts on it and bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Finished chocolate hearts are taken out of the oven and allowed to cool. You can decorate them with colorful glaze.
