Cooking method



  1. Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces.

  4. Throw the meat in a saucepan and fry it over a small fire. Stir constantly so that the pieces do not stick to the bottom of the pan.

  5. When the meat brightens, add the onion to the pan and add a little water. Extinguish fifteen minutes.
