Interesting New Year's Recipes 2015 with photo

Corn cakes - flowers
Necessary ingredients:
Canned corn - 2/3 jars
Flour sifted - 7 tbsp. l.
Salt - half a teaspoon
Butter - 75 g
Sugar - 6 tbsp. l.
Egg yolk - 4 pieces
Milk - 250 ml
Ginger ground - 1 pinch
Carrots - 1 pc
Cooking method:
We prepare the dough: mix butter, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, a half teaspoon of salt. Add 2 egg yolks, 5 tbsp. l. flour and mix everything.
Ready to put the dough for half an hour in the fridge, previously wrapped in a film.
Cooking cream: blender canned corn to a homogeneous mass.
Mix 2 tbsp. l. flour, 3 tbsp. l. sugar, ginger, 2 yolks and ¼ milk. Whisk all into a homogeneous mass, gradually adding the remaining milk
On a slow fire, cook our cream, stirring constantly, until thick.
After thickening, remove from heat, cool, add corn mixture and beat again with a blender to make a magnificent mass.
We take out the dough from the refrigerator, put it in the molds, pierce it with a fork, cover with parchment paper and put it in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
After 10 minutes, lower the temperature to 180 degrees, remove the parchment and bake for another 10 minutes, then remove and cool.
Apply a cream on top.
We make flower petals: cut the circles of carrots, divide the circle into 2 halves and lay out in the form of flower petals. Then cut the carrots into long strips and make stamens out of them, which we put in the middle of our flowers.
Finished flowers are sprinkled with sugar and sent to the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
We get out of the oven, wait for it to cool down, then take it out of the molds and serve it on the table.

Necessary ingredients:
chicken fillet - 500 g
potatoes - 4 pcs.
carrots - 4 pcs
eggs - 5-6 pieces
onion - 2 pcs.

mayonnaise, sunflower oil, greens, garlic
Cooking method:
We cut potatoes and carrots with straws, and onion - half rings.
Pass the vegetables in the oil.
We divide the potatoes into equal parts.
Cook the fillet, we disassemble the fibers.
Cook hard boiled eggs, take the yolks.
We cut the protein with straw, mix it with chicken,add finely chopped fresh cucumber and seasoned vegetables. All dress up with mayonnaise and put on a dish and put the second part of the fried potatoes on top.
We make a nest: we make a hole in the center of the lettuce and give it an oval shape.
Mix yolks with mayonnaise, add finely chopped greens and grated cheese. Mix everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
