Eggplants in Italian, delicious recipe
Necessary ingredients:
- eggplant - 4 pcs
- garlic - 1 pc
- fresh tomatoes - 4 pcs
- greens (parsley, basil)
- hot peppers
- salt with the addition of herbs, you can sea - to taste
- olive oil
Cooking method:
- Eggplants will be cut into plates - about a centimeter thick, with a knife you need to make a cut in the pulp with a mesh, a couple of mm deep. Eggplants salted and briefly left, for about half an hour.
- Finely cut tomatoes, garlic - enough 3-4 denticles, greens, peppers - with it you need to be more careful and not to put unnecessary. We stir, salt and eggplant.
- Cover the pan with baking paper, lay out eggplants on them, slightly smeared with olive oil.
- Carefully lay out the filling on the eggplant.
- Preheat the oven, bake at 180 degrees for thirty minutes.
Before serving, the eggplants will be decorated with fresh herbs - as you can see, the vegetarian dishes on the festive table look very elegant and bright!
Roast in pots without meat with mushrooms, recipe with photo
Necessary ingredients:
- Potatoes - 6 pcs.
- Mushrooms (better champignons) - 300 g
- bulb - 2 pieces
- carrots - 1 pc
- oil - 100 g
- dill, parsley
- salt, pepper, spices to taste
Cooking method:
- Potatoes are cleaned and cut into large cubes, immediately sent to the pots
- Chop mushrooms, onions and carrots. We put them in a pot over the potatoes.
- Add salt to taste, various seasonings, pour water on one third of the pot.
- From above on mushrooms we shall put on a slice of a butter.
- In a preheated oven we send pots for half an hour.
Do not interfere with the roast in the pot - so it will look more appetizing. Before serving on the festive table, decorate the dish with herbs.
Patissons with curd and tomato filling, simple recipe
Necessary ingredients:
- squash - 4 pieces
- tomatoes - 4 pcs
- egg - 1 piece
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- cheese - 100 g
- greens, peppers, salt - to taste
Cooking method:
- At the patissons, previously washed and dried, carefully cut off the top and remove all the pulp with a spoon to make such a pot with a lid.
- Tomatoes are doused with boiling water and peeled off them, then finely chopped.
- Eggs beat, add cheese, cottage cheese, chopped tomatoes, greens, salt and pepper mixture.
- This filling is filled with "pots" of patissons, covered with "lids" and sent to a hot oven for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.
This vegetarian dish will be an ornament of any festive table!
