First, we prepare the spoon by combining warm milk,1 tbsp. l. flour, yeast and sugar. We put it in a warm place for half an hour. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and melt the butter. When the opara is suitable, mix it with flour, beaten eggs, lemon zest, salt and vanilla sugar. We knead the soft dough. At the end, pour in the oil, add raisins, candied fruits and figs (pre-cut it into pieces). We mix the dough once more and put it in a warm place to make it fit.
Take the baking mold and fill it with a dough forone third of the volume. Let's stand apart so that the dough rises. Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. While the women are baking, prepare the syrup. Pour sugar 100 ml of water, bring to a boil and remove the foam. Add the figs and cook for 10-15 minutes, at the very end add rum. Baba: recipe with orange
Your household and guests will surely like the orange rum woman. The recipe for its preparation includes the use of the following products.

225 g of flour
150 ml of warm milk
100 g of butter
25 g of powdered sugar
4 eggs

1 pinch of salt
For syrup and decoration
100 g of sugar

juice and a peel of one orange
orange peel, almonds and whipped cream for decoration
Flour, yeast, salt and powdered sugar pour intobowl. Eggs beat, butter melted. We combine melted butter, beaten eggs and warm milk. Add this mixture to the flour and beat it for three to four minutes. Fill the baking form with a test for one third and leave to make the dough rise. Bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, take out of the oven and let it cool.
While the woman is getting cold, we are preparing syrup. To do this, put sugar and orange peel in a saucepan, add juice and 225 ml of water. We boil five minutes and at the very end we add rum. Bake the woman at a temperature of 180 degrees until a golden crust forms. Ready to let the woman cool down and soak with cherry juice with rum.
Then we prepare the sauce. Cream whisked with yolks in a water bath, add to the starch, and at the very end of the pour rum. We lead up to a thickening. Before serving the woman on the table, water it with this sweet sauce.
