  • 350 g of sugar




Step-by-step instruction:




  1. Rinse the pan with cold water.


  2. Pour the milk into a wet saucepan and put on medium heat.

    Important! To prepare condensed milk you will needa small, but thick-walled pan, preferably with a feathered thick bottom, such utensils are needed so that your condensed milk does not burn out during long evaporation and that the milk warms evenly.

  4. Immediately place the milk again on the smallest fire.


  5. Achieve a uniform weak boiling, do not let the milk run away.

    On a note! In the first 30 minutes of boiling it is good to usevarious types of "watchman for milk", not giving capricious liquid to escape to the stove. If you do not have a watchman, but time is enough, you can use the old way: put a saucepan with boiling milk under the fan and wait until the foam forms on the surface. With further boiling on low heat, the foam will prevent the milk from escaping.



  6. Boil the milk until its volume is reduced by 3 times.


  7. If foam forms on the surface, remove it.


  8. Add sugar to the milk and stir in a circular motion until it dissolves completely.

  10. Remove the saucepan from the fire and put it in a large basin or a pan of ice water.


  11. Continue stirring the cooling condensed milk until it cools down, so that the process passes evenly. Keep water in the pelvis cold.

    Important! At this stage, the main thing is to achieve rapid cooling of the milk. The best solution is to prepare a supply of ice in advance and add ice to the pelvis as needed.



  12. Spread the condensed milk, cooled to about 40 degrees, in jars.


  13. Put the jars with condensed milk in a saucepan and pour cold water with ice to the shoulders. Leave this until it cools down completely.

  • 250 ml of milk


  • 1.5 cups of milk powder


  • 1.5 cups of sugar




Step-by-step instruction:




  1. In a small thick-walled saucepan, mix the powdered milk and sugar.


  2. Pour in a little cold milk and rub until smooth, so that there are no lumps.


  3. Add half of the remaining milk and stir well.


  4. Add all the remaining milk and gently whip the mixture with a whisk.


  5. Pour water into a saucepan of a larger diameter, put on a strong fire and bring to a boil.

  7. Make a fire so that the water in a large saucepan is boiling, but not bubbling.


  8. Occasionally stirring, boil the condensed milk in a water bath for an hour.


  9. Remove the saucepan with condensed milk and let it cool without covering it.

    Important! When you remove the saucepan from the fire,the condensed milk will still be quite liquid. Do not try to digest it until thick, too overcooked milk powder will give an unpleasant rancid taste. About a day later you will find that the condensed milk has thickened to the desired consistency.



  10. Let the condensed milk cool down, then put it for a day in the refrigerator.

  • 2 liters of milk


  • 0,6 kg of sugar


  • 0.5 tsp. soda


  • vanillin

  2. Add soda to the milk mixture and put it on a strong fire.
