- 150 g of butter

In a saucepan, combine sugar, condensed milk, water and butter. Bring the resulting mass to a gentle boil. Stir the mixture continuously with a wooden spoon, so that it does not burn out. Boil the mass until it is good to hold the shape and will not be soft enough. Do not forget to stir constantly the mass, otherwise it will immediately stick to the bottom and begin to burn. When the mass begins to thicken, try to drop a small amount of it into the water. Once in the water, the mixture must form a ball or a drop. Your sweets are ready, and they can be removed from the fire. At the same stage, add the vanilla to the candy.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly for 5 minutes, then mix it well with a wooden spoon. Stir the mixture for 20 minutes until it becomes grainy and hard enough.
The prepared mixture is poured onto a covered waxpaper baking sheet. There the mixture should almost completely cool. After that, it is cut into small pieces (the mixture should still be a little warm). Leave your sweets until completely cooled. Then they can be cut or broken into separate pieces.
