Holiday recipe for strawberry tiramisu for beautiful ladies
March 8 is an excellent occasion to please yourself andclose to an easy recipe for tiramisu. This dessert "with a woman's soul" is deliciously gentle and harmonious. Melting in the mouth cookies with liquor-berry impregnation and creamy mousse conceal in itself an unforgettable extravaganza of taste. In addition, this Italian delicacy does not require any serious culinary skills: all that is required is careful compliance with the consistency of cooking.
Ingredients:
Mascarpone - 250 g
Cookies Savoyardi - 200 g
Strawberries (raspberries or other berries) - 400 g
Orange juice - 100 ml
Lemon juice - 5 g
Sugar - 90 g
Orange liqueur (or any strong alcohol) - 60 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Cooking method:
To cook the sauce for impregnating cookies,mix alcohol, orange juice and chopped strawberries in a bowl and pour into a liquid mess. For mashed potatoes you can use both fresh berries and frozen ones (but you need to get them from the freezer before and drain the juice). The mass of berries after pressing should be 400 grams
For cream: carefully separate the yolks from the proteins, whisk the proteins with sugar to the state of a dense elastic mass - "hard peaks". Take care that no drops of yolk or other fat get into the squirrels, otherwise the mass will not break to the desired consistency
Yolks rub with sugar, and then whisk. Mixing the egg mass, add in small portions pre-crumbled mascarpone until a homogeneous cream
In the egg-cheese mass, gently add whipped proteins and mix with a spatula - should get an air creamy mousse
Put a little cream on the bottom of a large containerthin layer. Dip the cookies in the impregnation sauce, and densely lay on the cream. Keep the cookies in the sauce for a couple of seconds, if you need a more delicate texture - the time of impregnation should be increased

Dessert needs to "ripen" for severalhours. You can serve tiramisu in a container or use a split form and fix the cake along the contour with cookies. Portions can be decorated with mint leaves, berries or chocolate chips
