A delicious recipe: large chocolate cookies with spices
Cocoa desserts do not happen much - everyone knows thisgourmet. Traditional American delicacy is a real pleasure: it is prepared as quickly as it is eaten. Giant biscuits with a rich taste of chocolate and notes of spicy seasonings, juicy texture and crispy crust are an excellent choice for a morning breakfast.
Ingredients:
Flour - 190 g
Chocolate (better dark) - 100 g
Cocoa - 50 g
Sugar - 240 g
Butter of high fat content - 170 g
Honey - 15 g
Eggs - 65 g
Soda - 3 g
Nutmeg or saffron to taste
Cooking method:
Connect the spices in a bowl (by pinch each) and dry ingredients - flour, soda, cocoa. Stir with a whisk until smooth
In another bowl, combine sugar with honey (instead ofit can use glucose syrup or molasses). Brown sugar will give a special flavor and taste to dessert, it is better to use it. If the honey is "grainy", you can warm it up a little in the oven, microwave oven or on a water bath. Stir thoroughly
Soft butter start beating with a mixer until a thick sour cream
Continuing the mixer, enter the sugar mixture into the oil
Then add the eggs, mix and add some of the dry ingredients, whilst continuing to beat. Enter the remaining dry mixture
In the resulting mass add crushed dark chocolate. The larger the pieces - the more expressive will be felt the firm chocolate flavor of the cookie
Dough again stir thoroughly, wrap the food film and place in the refrigerator for half an hour - an hour
Pinch off a piece of about a hundred grams androll it into a round billet up to a centimeter thick. Place the three cookies on the baking tray, leaving a space between them, let them warm to room temperature
Bake the billets for twenty minutes in the oven, heated to 160 degrees. Repeat the same with the remaining test. The cooled down dessert can be poured with caramel or chocolate topping
