Starch - 40 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cinnamon, ginger - for ½ tsp.
Honey - 90 g
Sugar - 100 g
For glaze: 1 egg, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 180 g of powdered sugar, food coloring
Cooking method:
Cold oil chopped in a bowl of a mixer
Add flour, starch, baking powder, spices,sugar, drive 2 eggs. At this stage, you can also enter other spices (cloves, saffron, nutmeg) or cocoa. Pour the liquid honey, pre-melted it to the desired consistency
Quickly knead a lot of mixer and hands, trying not to heat it - until the formation of large crumbs
Put the dough on the work surface and knead ituntil uniform for a couple of minutes. Divide into two parts, form pancakes thick in a centimeter, wrap in food film and put into the refrigerator for half an hour - an hour
Remove the cooled preforms, roll them between sheets of parchment into layers of half-centimeter thickness
Cut the dough from the dough with a notch, place it on a baking tray and bake in an oven heated to 180 ° C
Preparation of glaze: separate the protein from the yolk, place in a bowl, add lemon juice and whisk, increasing the speed of the mixer to a maximum
Gradually add the powdered sugar and enter the dye - on the tip of the knife
Apply frosting on the biscuits. A ready-made dessert can be stored for about two weeks
