Easy recipe: homemade lemon biscuits

Ingredients:
Sugar - 100 g
Protein - 1 pc.
High-fat butter - 60 g
Lemon - 1 pc.
Flour - 200 g
Cornstarch - 40 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cooking method:
Put into the deep container slightly softenedbutter and sugar, whisk thoroughly with a mixer until a uniform bulk mass is formed. Add protein and again "punch" the oil mixture with a mixer - this will add a pleasant creamy dessert
Rub the zest with the lemon and squeeze the juice. Add them to the protein-oil mixture
