Spicy beef with mushroom sauce
Necessary ingredients:
Beef - 1 kg
Dried white mushrooms - 50 g
Sour cream 200 g
Mustard - 2 tbsp. l.
Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Butter - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper
Cooking method:
Mix mustard with sunflower oil and cover the beef.
We put it in a saucepan and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Necessary ingredients
Beef - 500 g
Garlic - 6 teeth
Butter - 150 g

Milk - half a glass
Flour - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper
Cooking method:
We cut the meat so that the slices are a half-centimeter thick.
