Cooking such a pie is much easier than inoven, where you constantly have to make sure that the charlotte is browned, but not burnt - if you cook a charlotte in a multivarquet, then you have to check the readiness of the pie just a couple of times in an hour. Approximate time of preparation of apple pie - one and a half hours (depends on the capacity and type of multivark).

For the preparation of apple pie prescription for multivark, we need the following ingredients:
2 eggs
150 grams of sugar
1 cup of white flour
1 apple
120 grams of sour cream
1 teaspoon of soda

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until smooth and add the flour.
The dough for apple pie is almost ready - butbefore you warm up the multivark, do not forget to mix it up so that a homogeneous, lump-free mixture turns out, in consistence resembling thick sour cream.
Now let's start making garments for charlotte. We clear the apple from the peel and cut into small pieces.
Fill a quarter of the test we prepared for the charlotte in a multivark, on top of the layer of a sliced apple.
