Faster, higher, more nervous: three ways to quickly relax
"Acceleration" is the essence, motto and purpose of the twenty-firstcentury. This phenomenon is due to a continuous avalanche of new information and the need to instantly absorb it. To be modern and successful - you need to have time everywhere: in your career, family life, friendship, knowledge and skills. But what is the price of such a race? Inability and inability to stop, exhale and abandon cares are fraught with stress, depression and disease.
Start with the basic - meditation. This is not about complex techniques from the arsenal of masters of Oriental arts - but about a simple exercise, subject even to the beginner. Create a comfortable environment - mute the sounds of the TV, reduce the bright light. Take a comfortable pose, relax the tensioned muscles and stay in silence for a while, taking deep breaths and exhalations. This method will restore strength and energy, relieve fatigue, clear the mind and allow you to cope with nervous irritation.
Physical activity is a method for gusty andimpatient, those who are only tired of meditation, but do not cheer. A series of repetitive actions can be well distracted from stress or intrusive thoughts. Not so important, it's jogging in the park alleys, morning exercises before breakfast or a light warm-up near the office table. Even a circular rotation of the head or simple turns can help to relax - it is only important to do them for at least ten minutes.
Water bubbling and melodic sounds are reliable"Drugs" from the decline of strength and passive discontent. If there is no possibility to take a bath or relax under your favorite tunes - just hold your hands under the stream of warm water or turn on the tablet a concert of classical music at a low volume - after a few minutes the "relax" -therapy will begin to act.
