Diet for the 4 th group of blood for weight loss has its own characteristics. Avoid red meat, bacon, ham,buckwheat groats, corn, pepper and sunflower seeds. Also, it is worth reducing the consumption of products from wheat: despite the fact that people with the fourth blood group do not have a strong response to wheat gluten (in contrast to blood groups 1 and 3), products made from it can promote weight gain.



Instead of meat, an excellent source of protein will be tofu. You can also include more fish in the diet andfermented milk products. Favorable will affect the loss of seaweed, greens. It is also worth using pineapple (in moderate amounts, of course). To strengthen the immune system, include in the diet vitamins (especially C), minerals (selenium, zinc), as well as tinctures or teas from echinacea, hawthorn, valerian.



As you can see, the diet for group 4 blood is not toostrict. Of course, if you want to get rid of extra pounds, some products will have to be abandoned or severely curtailed, but in general you do not have to radically change your diet. Well, do not forget the two golden rules of any diet: before you go on a diet, you need to consult a doctor, and any diet for weight loss should be combined with physical activity.
