A set of bracelets from beads on elastic: agate and lava

Locks for these bracelets are not needed, because they are not unbuttoned, but worn simply through the hand (this allows the elastic band).

You will need:

• white or translucent gum for jewelry;


• beads of polished agate - white and black (in the photo beads of different sizes, medium and larger than both colors, but you can take just two colors of the same standard size, about 10 mm.);


• small black beads made of lava;


• 2 metal beads with a matte texture (the same size as small agate / ordinary agate, if you decide to take them all the same diameter);


• connecting rings;


• bails (not wide);


• 4 small pendants (of your choice);


• beads for beads;


• spacers;


• separators in the form of a heart.


• scissors and ruler;


• pliers and pliers.

All accessories, as well as pendants and metal beads, it is best to choose in one tone (in the photo - a variant with gold).

Making bracelets

1. Measure the right amount of gum on your hand. The standard size is 21 cm.

2. Cut 5 of these blanks (according to the number of bracelets).

3. Begin to dial the first bracelet, entirely of white agate beads. In the center should be smaller beads, if you decide to use a different size, and at the edges - larger. The standard version requires 9 medium and 8 large beads. All the large beads are separated from each other by spacers, and the last two are encased in beads for beads.

4. Add a bale and fasten the thread with the "surgical" knot (how to tie it, you can see it on the diagram, it's the simplest, but one of the most reliable knots used not only in medicine, but also in the marine fleet.

It is best to use it, to what extentyou are not used to the type of knot, because the surgical is the most reliable the elastic band - because of its plasticity it can jump out even from the strongest for the wire or the usual yarn of the knot). Hide the end of the rubber band under the beads.

5. Attach the connecting ring to the bale with pliers, and to it - one of the selected suspensions.

The first bracelet is ready, there are 4 more left to do.

The technique of their execution is exactly the same - typebeads and accessories, secure with a surgical knot after the bale, hide the remainder of the thread and add a suspension; and dial the beads like this: 2 bracelet (pure black) - completely repeats white in everything, only all spacers can be replaced with caps (but this is up to you). 3 bracelet (mixture of black and white) - only large beads of both colors, some of which are separated by spacers or caps.

Type 12 white beads, and then add only one side in a row 4 black. The caps should be framed with the first and third white beads from both edges, and all black should be separated with spacers (as in the photo). 4 bracelet (black from lava) - matte small beads made of lava perfectly shade the shiny agate.

Intermingle each 6 beads with one heart divider. This is the only bracelet on which there is neither a bale nor a suspension - they will weight it.

5 bracelet (white with two metal beads)- type in a row the white middle beads without any spacers; add 1 metal matte bead (there will be the same effect as with the lava, but within the same bracelet) on each side, then pile two more agate, one on top, and add a bale and a pendant.

The bracelets are ready!

They are worn on the arm all together, and their order is absolutely not important.
