Growing veshenok at home: technology

The messages are different, but the recommendations on technologycultivation of mushroom veshenok for everyone who wants can be formulated quite monotonously. The difference in the approaches is determined by the volumes of the expected harvest and the necessary equipment for growing the vesennes.

Technology of cultivation of mushrooms-veshenok.

1. Get a planting material for growing a house of veshenok - a mycelium of mushrooms. Buy it simply: sell it to industrial producers, they are traded in stores for gardeners, and finally, you can order a mycelium through an online store. Packing, as a rule, 1-2-4 kg. For the first test, one kilogram is enough.

2. Choice of a nutrient medium (substrate) for growing chicken. The easiest way is to use finely chopped straw cereals (wheat, barley). The originals will prefer corn cobs or sunflower husk, and stubborn - wood chips or even shavings (necessarily hardwoods). The amount of substrate is 10 kg per 1 kg of mycelium.

3. Substrate preparation. Purpose: sterilization and moistening of the soil in which you will grow oyster mushrooms at home. The procedure is simple: place the shredded substrate in a large vessel, pour water and cook for 2 hours, then allow excess moisture to drain.

4. Formation of beds (mushroom blocks). The device is quite primitive: in sterile polyethylene bags (for household conditions, it is reasonable to take five liters) layerwise place the substrate and mycelium in a proportion of 10: 1.

Fill the filled bags tightly and puncture(make slits) on the whole surface in a staggered manner with a step of 10-15 cm. The technology of preparation of the mushroom blocks and subsequent stages of growing the veshenok is presented in video.

Now is the time to reflect on the conditions of growing the chicken in your home and the necessary equipment.

Equipment for growing mushrooms

During the incubation period (from 10 to 15days) the mushroom block should be kept at a temperature of 18-22 degrees in a well-ventilated room for growing chicken. Growing veshenok in the basement - a perfectly acceptable option.

Lighting is not necessary, but watering twice inday and measurement of the temperature of the blocks (not higher than 30 degrees) is necessary. After two weeks, when the oyster mushroom fill the volume of the bag, it is necessary to change the conditions: reduce the temperature in the room to 10-12 degrees, ensure a humidity of 85-90%, regular airing (4 times a day) and lighting (8-10 hours a day) .

Equipment for growing chicken in the periodfruiting is also available to everyone: a thermometer, a fluorescent lamp, a fan, a water pipe. Now within two weeks you will be able to reap the fruits of your efforts - the first, but notice, not the last wave of harvest of the veshenki grown at home by oneself.

In countryside conditions, it is possible to use lesslabor-intensive extensive method of cultivating the vernacular on stumps. In this case, the basis for the growth of the fungus are the logs of deciduous trees with holes drilled in them. Pre-moistened and arranged in shady places hemps serve as an excellent nutrient medium for mycelium oyster mushrooms and an element of landscape design.
