Bait at home

Bait at home is not done in order to catch at onceall the hungry fish from the pond. All gamblers know that biting is an incentive to develop fishing skills. People who are engaged in sports fishing, releasing fish after catching, have developed their bait methods that work effectively.

Producers of bait always say: "The cave will be such that you'll be tired of carrying it". Unfortunately, not always the fish is able to appreciatefactory material. Experienced fishermen create their own "recipes" for bait, but do not always disclose the composition. Consider the most universal methods of bait, dividing them into six blocks.

1. Fillers. As fillers, fishermen use: fried crushed oatmeal; crackers (corn or wheat); seeds of rapeseed, sunflower, hemp, containing vegetable fats (seeds must be roasted); millet, wheat bran; river sand, crushed clay, which are used for weighting; bread crumbs, which can be made from bread, passing it through a meat grinder; having oily basis, sunflower, linen, hemp cakes, which you need to fish in front of the fishermen in a tightly closed vessel and open already on the pond.
Fishermen know that the fish feels wellthe most concentrated feed, so the bait is prepared with the expectation that it will be in the water for a long time, swell, but do not immediately settle to the bottom.

2. Rippers. As a ripper fishers use soda orcitric acid. It is important to take into account that these components do not exceed 1% of the volume of the entire bait. Rippers are used to make the bait porous. When carbonate and citric acid react with bait, carbon dioxide is released. After the bait is thrown into the pond, the water remains cloudy, which allows us to determine the boundaries within which we should expect a bite.

3. Fodder Animal Base. In this case, a sponge is used, finelychopped worm or sternworm. Motyl often floats on the water, so before bait it needs to be soaked in water so that it absorbs moisture well into itself. You can also use finely chopped shellfish.

4. Flavors. An important point in bait is the use offlavors. Here you can use essential oils (not more than 1-2 drops), vegetable oils (2-3 spoons), fruit essences (5-10 drops), cocoa (1 tablespoon), crystalline vanillin (¼ teaspoon). It is important not to overdo it by mixing flavorings. Thanks to these substances, the fish is revitalized. For example, in overheated water, the activity of fish falls, so the flavors help a little to revitalize it.

5. Means for creating a ball. To create an integral basis, usealginates (salts of algenic acid), as well as gel-forming substances that are highly soluble in water. Thanks to such substances, a protective film is formed on the bait ball, which is quickly washed off with water and the ball explodes. Porosity promotes a qualitative "explosion", in the epicenter of which a part of the reservoir receives a good share of bait.

6. Attractive components. It is important that bait at home isvery similar to the natural food of fish. This effect can be achieved using peanut butter, finely chopped peanuts, egg powder, dried milk or dry blood. First, these components have a very nutritious structure, and secondly, the bait can not be distinguished from natural feed, as it successfully imitates its properties.

Note that all additional substances (water, flavors, alginates, animal base) are introduced already on the pond. You must prepare an exceptionally dryThe basis, which is recommended to store at home no more than two weeks. Try to keep the bait at home in hermetically sealed dishes, away from the product with a sharp aroma.

Bait at home is a semi-finished product. On the pond you are already making a full bait. Water should be taken from the pond on which you are going to fish. As we already warned, add all additional substances immediately before mixing. For normal fishing, you will have enough kilograms of groundbait. Try to spend 30% of the mixture, and then throw one ball to where you expect a bite. Correctly designed bait guarantees you success and pleasure from fishing!
