It is also possible to replace rice cider vinegar: take 50 ml of normal table vinegar (6%), 20 g of sugar and 50 ml of soy sauce. Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved. By the way, for this recipe you can also use apple or white wine vinegar.
