Rolls with shrimps


To prepare rolls with shrimps you will need:




  • rice for sushi - 350 g

  • water 450 g

  • rice vinegar - 2.5 tbsp.

  • salt - 2 tsp.

  • sugar - 2 tsp.

  • avocado - 1 pc.

  • shrimps - 400 g

  • mayonnaise - 200 ml

  • cheese hard 50 g

  • dried seaweed nori - 7 leaves

  • Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger - to taste


Preparation



Prepare rice for rolls. You can take a special rice for sushi, but at home it will successfully replace the usual round-grained rice. Ready rice fill with a dressing of rice vinegar, sugar and salt.



Boil the shrimp. To do this, thaw the shrimps in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Ready shrimp to cool and clean.



Grate cheese on a fine grater. Mix with mayonnaise until smooth.



Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut the avocado into small slices.



Nori sheets shiny side down put onwrapped food film with a bamboo napkin (makis). On the algae lay a layer of rice, then slices of avocado and shrimp. Collapse the roll. With a sharp knife soaked in vinegar, cut the rolls into portions.



Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, marinated ginger.
