Soup gazpacho

Soup gazpacho - Spanish dish. Soup gazpacho perfectly refreshing in the summer heat, because it is served cold. In addition, in this wonderful soup is full of vitamins!





To make a soup of gazpacho you only need a blender and half an hour of time. Used in this recipe for soup gazpacho wine vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice.


Soup gazpacho



To prepare 2 servings of gazpacho soup you will need:



  • tomato - 2 pcs.

  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.

  • cucumber - 1 pc.

  • red wine bite - 1 tsp.

  • tomato juice - 50 ml

  • olive oil - a few drops

  • Tabasco sauce - a few drops

  • salt

  • ice cubes


Preparation



Peeled tomatoes, peeled cucumber, peppers, peeled of seeds, grind in a blender.



Add vinegar or lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt to taste, tomato juice. Mix again thoroughly in a blender.



At the end of the cooking, drop a couple of drops of olive oil into the soup - if you do this before, the soup will turn pink.



To serve soup gazpacho follows with ice cubes. To the soup you can serve crackers or garlic bread.
