  • medium bulb - 1 pc.

  • peeled ginger root - 50 g

  • olive oil - 50 g

  • vinegar - 50 g

  • soy sauce - 20 g

  • water - 1 tbsp. l.


All ingredients are mixed with a food processor or blender, until we get a homogeneous mass. All!



Ginger sauce with honey



This spicy sauce with a bright taste and aroma will perfectly set off the taste of dishes from fish or seafood. For its preparation we will need:



  • 50 g soy sauce

  • 40 g of honey

  • 40 g of lemon juice

  • 40 g of olive oil

  • 30 grams of fresh ginger


Honey is spread in a saucepan, add soy sauce and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Ginger clean, very finely chopped and added to the pan. Pour in the olive oil and mix thoroughly. Done!</ p>
