Kryuchon
Hot summer is the time for cocktail parties. If you decide to get together a big company, the ideal drink for such a party will be crochet. The recipe of the Krishon (and not one) offers you the Country of Soviets.



Kryushon is a "relative" of the punch. it cold alcoholic beverage, which is made from wine or liqueur, adding to the alcoholic base a carbonated drink (most often champagne, sometimes cider or mineral water), fruit, fruit juices, syrups.



In contrast to the punch, which is often served warm or hot, Crochet cooled before serving up to 8-10 degrees. It is accepted to serve in crystal vessels called hooks, or in glass jars. A spoon for fruit and berries is also served.



Strawberry Hookah



In June, until the strawberry season is over, you need to make a strawberry hook, because the strawberry with champagne is almost a classic combination! For this we take the following ingredients:



  • 1 kg strawberries

  • 800 ml of champagne

  • 750 ml of red dry wine

  • 750 ml of white dry wine

  • 200 g of sugar


Strawberries are cleaned from the tails, washing and foldingin the Hookah. We fall asleep with berries sugar and pour white and red wine. Leave for an hour and a half, so that the mixture is infused. We pour wine and berries on glasses, immediately before serving, add champagne and put ice in glasses.



Melon Cake



A fragrant melon is also very suitable for making a crochet. To prepare melon krishon, we will need the following products:



  • ripe melon of medium size

  • 1.5 liters of red table wine

  • 800 ml of sweet or semisweet champagne

  • 200 g of sugar


Melon is cleaned and cut into small pulpwith dice. We put melon cubes in a hook and fall asleep with sugar. Fill melon with red wine and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then we do the same as with the strawberry hook.



Peach Hook



Fans of ripe peaches for sure will appreciate the peach hook. To make this version of the hook, we take:



  • ripe peaches - 8 pcs.

  • white table wine - 2 bottles.

  • champagne - 1 bottle

  • sugar - 200 g

  • orange juice - 40-60 ml

  • cognac - 40 ml


Peaches are mine, cut into halves and take outbones. Pulp with a sharp knife, cut into cubes and add to the hook or glass jug. Add to the peaches a bottle of white wine, cognac, orange juice and sugar. Put the resulting mixture in a cool place for 1-2 hours. Then add the remaining bottle of wine (pre-cooled) and mix. Champagne is added immediately before pouring the crocheted into the glasses.



Watermelon Hookah



The "chip" of the watermelon hook is not in the composition, but in the method of feeding: instead of the croissant, the drink is served in a hollow watermelon. Guests will be delighted! To make a croissant in watermelon, we need to take:



  • watermelon medium size - 1 pc.

  • white dry or table wine - 0,7 l

  • orange juice - 0,5 l

  • mineral water - 0,5 l

  • cherry syrup - 20 ml


Watermelon and cut the top about a thirdheight. From most of the watermelon we take out the pulp, cleanse the seeds and cut into cubes. In a hollow watermelon we put ice, pour wine, orange juice and cherry syrup, add a piece of diced pulp. Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Before serving, add the cooled mineral water and mix it lightly.



Cherry Crochet



Finally we will share with you a recipe for a cherry crochet. The cherry quince is prepared using the following ingredients:



  • 1 kg of cherry
    1 bt. red dry wine

  • 1 bt. red table wine

  • 1 bt. champagne or mineral water

  • 200 g of sugar

  • 40 ml of cognac


Cherries my and remove the bones. We put the berries in a glass jug or croissant, fall asleep with sugar, add a bottle of red table wine and cognac. After 1-2 hours, pour in red dry wine. Immediately before serving, add chilled champagne or mineral water.
