Necessary ingredients:
fresh strawberry - 300 g
granulated sugar - 150 g
potato starch - 3 tbsp. l.
drinking water - 3 l
Cooking method:
Remove the footboard from the strawberry and wash it well.
Pour three liters of water into a saucepan and put on a stove.
Now we need to wipe the strawberries. Use a strainer for this. Turn the resulting juice aside, and put the cake into a saucepan. Cook for about 20 minutes. Further strain the "compote" through a colander. The cake can be discarded.
Collect one glass of broth from the pan and set it aside. Kissel again cook over medium heat. As soon as it boils, put in the sugar.
Now you need to dilute the starch. Pour the powder into a glass with the prepared broth and stir.
