New Year's punch
To make a New Year's punch, take the following ingredients:
- 4 tbsp. l. black tea
- 1.5 liters of red dry wine
- juice of 4 oranges
- juice of 2 lemons
- 250 g of sugar
- 10 pieces. carnations
- cinnamon - to taste
Boil a liter of water. Pour tea and spices (cloves and cinnamon) with boiling water. Let them brew for 6-7 minutes. The resulting spicy infusion strain into an enamel saucepan, add wine and sugar to it. Stir the next punch and heat to about 60 ° C. While the punch is heating, squeeze out the juice from 4 oranges and 2 lemons, add the juices in the punch and mix again. The finished punch is served to the table in glasses.
