Canned asparagus
Asparagus - relatively inexpensive, but veryuseful and nutritious product. In addition, well-cooked asparagus has excellent taste qualities and can serve as an excellent addition to any garnish. Canned asparagus will please you all winter, recalling the summer.







Green canned asparagus


In order to prepare this dish, you will need:


  • green asparagus in pods

  • 2-3 teaspoons of salt

  • a few cloves of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar essence

  • Bay leaf

First, wash and scrape asparagus. Try not to damage the pods. Then, blanched asparagus in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.


It is necessary to prepare brine. To do this, add salt and acetic essence to the boiling water.


In prepared half-liter cans, place 1-2 cloves of garlic, then gently put the asparagus, add the bay leaf and pour all the brine. Banks must be tightly closed with lids.


Canned asparagus with dill


For this dish you will need:


  • green asparagus

  • 1 tablespoon of dill seeds

  • 1 glass of water

  • 2 tablespoons of salt

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 cups of vinegar

  • 3 bay leaves


First prepare the pickle. To do this, mix in a saucepan of water, salt, vinegar and dill. Bring to a boil.


Wash the asparagus and, cutting into medium sizepods, put in jars. Add the bay leaf and garlic. Pour the asparagus into the brine. Put the lids on the jars and sterilize them in a large saucepan with boiling water for 10 minutes.


Canned asparagus will be completely ready for use in a few days.


Canned asparagus with lemon and white wine


In order to preserve the asparagus in this way, you will need:


  • 750 grams of white asparagus

  • 100 milliliters of white wine vinegar

  • 4 slices of lemon

  • 200 milliliters of white wine

  • 100 grams of sugar

  • 5 peas of sweet pepper

  • salt

Thoroughly wash the asparagus. Then expand it into bundles of 4 stems and cut in half. Halves of bundles should be tied with cotton thread. Fold in boiling water, add 1 lobule of lemon and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Cook for 15 minutes.


Prepare the jars. Take the asparagus from the water and spread it over the jars. Add the remaining slices of lemon.


Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix white wine, wine vinegar, and water in which the asparagus was cooked in a saucepan. Add 100 grams of sugar, salt and pepper. Bring the liquid to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour marinade asparagus and cork.


Canned asparagus in Hungarian


To prepare this dish you will need:


  • green asparagus

  • sugar

  • salt

Fresh asparagus bind in bundles and cook inboiling water for 8-10 minutes. Then remove the asparagus and cool it in cold water. Throw the asparagus on the sieve so that the water is completely glass. Spread the asparagus into a jar.


Prepare the fill. To do this, boil water, lightly add salt and allow to cool completely. With the resulting liquid pour the asparagus. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to each jar. Tightly clog the jars with lids and put on steam for an hour. When the water is completely cool, remove the jars.


After 5 days, repeat the procedure with steam, only now put the jars on the steam for 20 minutes.
