Ingredients:



  • 6 kg of Bulgarian pepper (the desired multi-colored);

  • 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of salt;

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper;

  • 1 cup chopped garlic;

  • 1 teaspoon cumin and cilantro;

  • 0.5 l of vinegar;

  • 1 liter of water.


Preparation:


First of all, mix the salt with sugar andchopped garlic. Then, add cilantro and pepper to this mixture. Mix everything well to make a homogeneous mass. Now thoroughly wash the Bulgarian sweet pepper, peel it of seeds and pedicels. Each pepper in the middle should be smeared with the prepared spicy mixture and leave this blank for 10 hours in a cool room.


After this time, the pepper should be allowed tojuice, which needs to be drained into a saucepan. Pepper in turn fits tightly into sterilized jars. In the juice add water and vinegar, boil and pour the marinade into the pepper. Pepper in Korean according to this recipe can be covered with metal and ordinary plastic covers. Remove the workpiece to a cool place. In winter, such pepper can be served as a snack, for example, cutting into pieces and watering with vegetable oil, or you can use it for stuffing.


Korean salad for the winter

Ingredients:



  • 2.5 kg of sweet pepper;

  • 3.5 kg of carrots;

  • 3.5 cabbages;

  • 3 cloves garlic;

  • 2.5 onions;

  • 2.5 teaspoons black pepper ground,

  • 2.5 tablespoons red ground pepper,

  • 3.5 cups of vegetable oil, vinegar, salt sugar to taste (for seasoning).


Preparation:


All vegetables must be cut into small strips. Then they should add sugar, salt, vinegar, red and black pepper, seasonings. Mix everything thoroughly. Cooked onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add to the vegetables. Salad should be left for one hour in order for the ingredients to let the juice. Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of vinegar;

  • 2 laurel leaves.


Preparation:


Peel garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf andDill thoroughly. Cook the spices in sterilized jars. Bitter pepper also wash and densely put in a jar. Then fill the workpiece with hot water, pour in salt and pour in the vinegar. All you can pour bitter pepper for the winter. Ingredients:



  • 3 kg of hot pepper;

  • 250 g of sugar;

  • 5 kg of ripe tomatoes;

  • 200 g of salt;

  • 0.5 liters of sunflower oil;


Preparation:


Pods of bitter pepper should be thoroughly washed,cut off the "tails" and then bake on high heat. Tomatoes, peeled off, you need to pass through a meat grinder, and then, the resulting mass squeeze through the cheesecloth. Tomato juice pour into a saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Then add the oil, salt and sugar. In this marinade, also dip the baked pepper and boil for another 6 minutes. The mixture is poured over cans and rolled up for the winter.
