Jam from a plum

For the preparation of jelly you will need:
- 3 kg of ripe plum
- 2 kg of sugar
Put the berries in a bowl or saucepan. Bake in the oven for 2 hours at 180 °. When the cherry plum is baked, it needs to be cooled and wiped through a sieve, so that the flesh separates from the peel and bones. - 800 g of sugar
- 1.2 kg of plums
- 5-7 g of citric acid
- 40 g of pectin (in powder)

- 1 kg of ripe plum

You will need:
- 0.5 kg oranges
- 1.5 kg of plums
- 1.5 kg of sugar
Wash plum and separate from the stone. Oranges, cut into slices and chop into a blender. Mix berries with oranges, fill with sugar and cook over low heat until cooked.
