Idea for lunch: spicy mini pizza with shrimps
These little pizzas are prepared simply and quickly -but the result will amaze you. Crunchy dough with a creamy taste, juicy shrimp, a little spicy seasonings - what else do you need for a hearty snack during your working day? Spicy mini-pizzas are also perfect for a Sunday family meal or gay friendly get-togethers.
Shrimp - 4-6 (for one pizza)
Fresh dough (or dough Filo) - 6 sheets
Cream and olive oil, tomato sauce
Saffron, chili or cayenne, thyme
Before you start cooking pizzas,Defrost the dough. Use industrial dough or Filo - it is much thinner puff. Re-freeze and use the dough can not, so take exactly the amount that you need. Melt a couple of spoons of butter. Put the dough sheets on the work surface and quickly lubricate by laying one on top of the other
