Spaghetti with Creole Shrimp


For cooking spaghetti with shrimp in Creole you will need:



  • spaghetti - 500g

  • peeled shrimp - 500g

  • white wine - 0,5 cups

  • Butter - 3 tbsp.

  • spicy mixture of curry - 2 tsp.

  • cream - 2.5 cups

  • preserved tomatoes (peeled) - 5-6 pcs.

  • Cheese crushed - 2 tsp.

  • pepper ground, greens - to taste


Preparation



Boil the spaghetti. To do this, add 1 tablespoon to the salted water.


vegetable oil, better than olive oil, and bring to a boil. In the boiling water, lower the spaghetti and cook until done - about 10 minutes. </ p>

Ready spaghetti immediately tossed in a colander, beat with warm water and again thrown back to the colander.



Prepare the sauce. For this, in a small saucepan, melt the butter, add shrimp. To extinguish the shrimps before getting pregnant.



Then take the shrimps, and in the remaining broth add wine, finely chopped tomatoes, a spicy mixture, cream, chopped cheese. Stew for 10 minutes, on low heat.



In the resulting sauce again put the shrimp, add the spaghetti. Keep on fire for about 2 minutes, shake gently.



When serving on a table, put spaghetti on pre-heated portion plates, pour over sauce, put shrimps, decorate with greens.
