Chocolate-nut balls
For cooking, you will need:
- nuts ground - 1 glass
- chocolate - 200 g
- milk - 2 items of l.
- sugar - 10 tbsp.
- strong coffee - 1 tbsp.
- Vanilla - on the tip of the knife
Preparation:
- Grate the chocolate on a fine grater.
- Mix the coffee and milk, preheat the mixture almost to a boil.
- Half the grated chocolate is added to the milk-coffee mixture and, stirring, melt the chocolate.
- Add sugar to the mixture, 2/3 cups of nuts (any, to your taste), vanilla.
- From the resulting mixture roll balls and roll them in the remaining chocolate and nuts.
- Chocolate-nut balls put on the dish and put in the refrigerator for 1-1,5 hours.
- When serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
