Chocolate-nut balls


For cooking, you will need:



  • nuts ground - 1 glass

  • chocolate - 200 g

  • milk - 2 items of l.

  • sugar - 10 tbsp.

  • strong coffee - 1 tbsp.

  • Vanilla - on the tip of the knife


Preparation:



  1. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater.

  2. Mix the coffee and milk, preheat the mixture almost to a boil.

  3. Half the grated chocolate is added to the milk-coffee mixture and, stirring, melt the chocolate.

  4. Add sugar to the mixture, 2/3 cups of nuts (any, to your taste), vanilla.

  5. From the resulting mixture roll balls and roll them in the remaining chocolate and nuts.

  6. Chocolate-nut balls put on the dish and put in the refrigerator for 1-1,5 hours.

  7. When serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
