Chocolate Mousse
We bring to your attention the recipe of the French dessert "Mousse au chocolat" - "Chocolate mousse".
Chocolate Mousse (Mousse au chocolat)
To prepare 8-10 servings of mousse you will need: </ p.
- 3 tbsp. spoons of welded double fortress coffee
- 100 g of milk grated chocolate (one tile)
- 4 eggs, divided into yolks and squirrels
- 0.25 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 1.5 cups of 30% cream.
Preparation
Put the chocolate and coffee in a hot water bath and stir until the chocolate melts. Cool it down.
Rub the egg yolks, gradually adding sugar powder to them, until a uniform mixture is formed. Melt with the mashed egg yolks melted chocolate and vanilla sugar.
Whisk the egg whites into an airy foam and pour them into the chocolate, stirring thoroughly.
Pour the cream into aluminum utensils, put the dishes on the ice and whisk until a thick foamy foam forms (whipped cream should keep well on the corona).
Pour the creamy whipped cream into the chocolate and stir. Pour the mousse into the mold. Leave in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
