Cherry and chocolate truffles
For cooking 60 pieces you will need:

- almond extract - 1.5 tsp.
- Cherry Dried - 60 g
- walnuts - 200 g
- cocoa powder - for decoration

Preparation
- Chocolate melt in a water bath on medium heat (up to 43 ° C).
- Cream bring to a boil over medium heat in a small saucepan.
- Chocolate is removed from the water bath, add to it hot cream and beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Add the cherry and almond extract to the resulting mass.
- The mixture is poured into a bowl and placed in the refrigerator for solidification.
- A sheet of parchment lightly sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- When the mass solidifies, form truffles out of it and lay them on the parchment, rolling in crushed walnuts.
- Serve to the table chilled.
