To prepare 12 servings of cake you will need:

  • milk chocolate - 50 g

  • flour - 100 g

  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

  • starch - 50 g

  • chocolate-nut paste - 5 tbsp.

  • jam apricot - 4 items of l.

  • Almond plates fried - 3 tablespoons

  • sugar vanilla - 1 sachet

  • candy - 12 pcs.


Preparation


Melt the chocolate in 200 ml of warm cream. Leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
Prepare the dough. Whisk eggs with 4 tablespoons. hot water, add sugar, vanillin.


Beat before dissolving the sugar. Flour, starch, baking powder and gradually add to the egg mass. To stir thoroughly.



Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put the dough into a split form, covered with baking paper. Bake for 35 minutes.



Ready to take the cake out of the oven, put it on the grate, leave for 2 hours.



Cut the cake horizontally into 3 parts of the same thickness. Lightly beat the chocolate-nut paste and grease it with the first cake. Cover with a second crust.



Lightly preheat apricot jam and grease them with a second cake, cover with a third.



Cream and chocolate mixture whip and cover it with cake. Sprinkle the edges of the cake with toasted almond plates.



Whip the remaining cream with vanilla sugar and use a pastry bag to make roses. Put out a candy for each rose.
