To prepare 4 portions of pie you will need:

- Butter - 180 g
- sugar - 150 g

- flour - 175 g
- Potato starch - 75 g
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- ground cinnamon - 1 pinch
- cocoa powder - 1 tsp.
- apple cider - 6 tablespoons
- apples - 3 pcs.
Preparation
Chocolate slightly frozen in the freezer, then grate on a large grater.
Egg yolks separated from proteins and whipped with 100 grams of warm butter and sugar. Mix the starch, flour, cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder. Sift.
