Dessert Valentine

Ingredients :
- bitter chocolate - 100 g
- cream - 100 ml
- white chocolate - 90 g
- Instant coffee - 2 teaspoons
Preparation:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
- On a sheet of baking paper draw 8 identical hearts, 10 cm in size. Lubricate them with chocolate using a brush, remove the cooling. When the hearts harden, carefully remove them from the paper.
- In a saucepan, put the cream with coffee, bring to a boil. Then add the broken white chocolate, stir and cool.
- Whip the cold mousse with a mixer until lush, put it in a pastry bag.
- For 6 hearts squeeze the mousse equally, fold one on top of the other in two plates. From above put a heart without mousse, carefully, so as not to break.
- Decorate on your own. As an option: you can melt the white chocolate and write to them the name of a loved one or "I love you!".
