Dessert ValentineFebruary 14 in the world will celebrate Valentine's Day - the holiday of all lovers. Valentine's Day does not necessarily have to be a postcard. Valentine's is just a token of attention, a symbol of feelings, and it's up to you how to be. We suggest you to please your beloved little man with such a sweet valentine.</ p>



Ingredients :



  • bitter chocolate - 100 g

  • cream - 100 ml

  • white chocolate - 90 g

  • Instant coffee - 2 teaspoons


Preparation:



  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.

  2. On a sheet of baking paper draw 8 identical hearts, 10 cm in size. Lubricate them with chocolate using a brush, remove the cooling. When the hearts harden, carefully remove them from the paper.

  3. In a saucepan, put the cream with coffee, bring to a boil. Then add the broken white chocolate, stir and cool.

  4. Whip the cold mousse with a mixer until lush, put it in a pastry bag.

  5. For 6 hearts squeeze the mousse equally, fold one on top of the other in two plates. From above put a heart without mousse, carefully, so as not to break.

  6. Decorate on your own. As an option: you can melt the white chocolate and write to them the name of a loved one or "I love you!".
