To prepare 30 servings of rolls you will need:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 150 g
- milk - 250 ml
- sugar vanilla - 2 sachets
- cocoa powder - 2 tbsp.
- butter melted - 30 g
- milk chocolate - 100 g
- chocolate white - 100 g
Preparation
Knead the dough from eggs, flour, milk and vanilla sugar. Divide the dough in half. In one part of the test add the cocoa powder, mix.
Bake from each part of the test for 6 pancakes. Lightly cool.
White and milk chocolate separately melt onwater bath. For light pancakes, spread half the milk chocolate, on dark pancakes - white. Each pancake roll with a tube and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Lightly heat the remaining chocolate. Pancakes put on the grate. cover with milk chocolate and draw white chocolate thin slashes. Allow the chocolate to freeze completely, then cut the pancakes into small pieces to make rolls.
