podberezoviki - 0,5 kg
meat broth - 1,5 l
pearl barley - 2 tbsp. l.
bulb medium - 1 pc.
carrots - 1 pc.
potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
laurel leaf - 1-2 pcs.
sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
dill or parsley
pepper, salt - to taste
Stages of preparation:
In advance, pearl barley washed and placed in boiling water for one hour. After the time has elapsed, we fill it with prepared broth and send it to the fire. We cook for 30-40 minutes.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into a convenient way for you. We send it to the pearl barley. We cook for 20 minutes.
Onions and carrots are cleaned, finely chopped and passaged in oil.
Mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cut into medium pieces. Fry them in a frying pan until the liquid is completely evaporated.
We put passivated vegetables and mushrooms in the soup.
