Cold mushroom soup
For cooking, you will need:
- 0.5 liters of cold boiled water
- 100 g of dry white mushrooms
- 200 g of fried meat
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- green onion
- dill greens
- salt, sugar to taste.
Dry mushrooms rinse, soak in cold water, then boil in the same water, boil the broth in
another capacity, cut the mushrooms into strips.
Decoction to cool. Cut cubes of meat, cucumber and egg.
Onion grind with salt until the juice appears.
All the prepared products are mixed, poured with chilled mushroom broth, add sour cream, salt to taste, add sugar.
When serving, sprinkle finely chopped herbs of dill.
