The cooking process

Carrots and onions are cleaned. Onions are cut into small pieces, chopping carrots on a grater or cutting with small blocks. Pass the vegetables in olive oil.
Potatoes are cleaned, sliced, laid to mushrooms in half an hour after their boiling.

fresh mushrooms - 1 kg
vinegar - 60 ml
black pepper peas - 10-12 pcs.
bay leaves - 2-4 pcs.
salt - 1 tbsp. l.
pinch of sugar
Cooking method:
After a half-hour infusion in cool watermushrooms diligently washed, cleaned and cut large (if they are small, then leave them whole). Boil in salted water for about 5 minutes, after which the water is drained.
Refill the mushrooms with 250 ml of clean water. Cook for 20 minutes after boiling.
Next, lay all the spices (except vinegar) and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Before turning off, take out the bay leaf and add the vinegar.
We lay out the mushrooms along with the marinade on the banks, close them tightly or roll them up.
When the banks are completely cooled, store them in a cool place.
Such pickled tasty ceps are suitable for use only 3 days after cooking. Their taste can be supplemented with vegetable oil, onions and herbs.
