And you can always choose which kind of stuffing to put in the cake: mushrooms with cheese, potatoes or cabbage.

Mushroom pie with cheese


The soft taste of the cheese clearly emphasizes the flavor of mushrooms, so these two products are so well combined in pies. To make a mushroom pie with cheese, you will need:


  • 450 g of flour

  • 6 tbsp. l. sour cream

  • 200 g of margarine

  • 1/2 tsp. soda

  • 4 onions

  • 850 g of mushrooms

  • 4 processed cheese

  • 70 g of greenery

  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

  • 6 eggs

  • salt

First, mix the dough. Mix flour with margarine to make a crumb. Combine sour cream with sour cream, also enter into the flour, knead the smooth dough. Finished dough wrap in food film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.


In the meantime, tackle the filling. Sauté the onion in vegetable oil. Put the onion into a deep plate. On the same oil fry brushed and chopped mushrooms. Finished mushrooms to a bow. Melted cheeses grate on the grater, chop the greens. Mix the mushrooms, onions, greens and grated syrki together with the eggs. Well salt the filling.

Pie with cabbage and mushrooms


Cabbage and mushrooms are another very good combination of flavors. Try and you cook such a mushroom pie with cabbage. You will need this dish:


  • 500 g of flour

  • 200 ml of milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 tbsp. l. butter

  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara

  • 30 g yeast

  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil

  • 600 g of cabbage

  • 250 g of pickled mushrooms

  • 1 onion

  • salt, pepper to taste

To make this pie with mushrooms youyou need to knead yeast dough. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water, add sugar and leave for half an hour. At this time, take care of the filling: rinse the mushrooms from the brine, cut the onions and chop the cabbage. In butter (2 tablespoons) fry the onions first until golden, then add the cabbage and continue to cook the filling for another 15 minutes. Then you can mix the prepared cabbage with mushrooms and remove the frying pan from the fire. Do not forget to salt and pepper the filling to taste.


In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk, eggs,the remaining 2 tablespoons of softened butter, a little salt and a pinch of vanilla sugar. Whisk the mixture with a mixer until the foam forms, add the yeast. Gradually introduce flour into the mixture and knead the dough. Put the dough on the table and oil it with vegetable oil. Leave the dough for 2 hours to come. Roll the dough out and divide into 2 parts. Put one part into the mold, top add the filling. Cover the filling with the second part of the dough, protect the edges and you can put the cake bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.


Pie with potatoes and mushrooms


Almost everyone loves the combination of forest mushrooms and potatoes. And why not cook an amazingly delicious mushroom pie with potatoes? To make a pie, take:

  • 300 g of potatoes

  • 300 g of forest mushrooms (fresh or frozen)

  • 200 ml cream (20% fat content)

  • 400 g of puff pastry

  • 100 g of Parmesan cheese

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tbsp. l. flour

  • 4 tbsp. l. butter

  • salt and pepper to taste

First, take up mushrooms: boil them in salted water for 10 minutes, then pour into a colander, cool and cut into slices. Peel potatoes and onions and cut them. Onion - semi-rings, potatoes - small cubes.


In butter, fry onions until goldencolors. Put ready onions in a bowl. Then in the same pan fry for 15 minutes potatoes. In a separate frying pan fry the mushrooms. Mix the prepared mushrooms with potatoes and onions. In a saucepan, heat the cream and add the flour. Well stir the sauce until smooth and remove it from the heat.


On a greased baking dish, lay outdough, tuck the edges. On the dough, put the stuffing, pour it sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the mushroom cake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.
