This recipe is inherently unique: in its composition, in addition to cottage cheese, there are raw carrots and various seeds, and there is no flour and sugar. Of course, the latter can be added at will, but we assure you that even without it the taste of the dish will be excellent.
Necessary ingredients:
cottage cheese - 0,7 kg.
egg chicken - 1 pc.
carrots large fresh - 1 pc.
oat flakes - 1 glass
sunflower seeds - 1 glass
sesame seeds - 0.5 cups
flax seeds (or pumpkin seeds) - 0.5 cups
salt - 1 pinch
sugar - to taste
vegetable oil
Step-by-step instruction:
Fresh large carrots are peeled andrub on the smallest grater. Since the carrots will be crushed very finely, you will not feel it in the prepared dish, but it will give the cheese curlers a wonderful "sunny" color and add vitamins.
Mix cottage cheese, grated carrots and oat flakes in a bowl. Add a chicken egg for greater stickiness of curd mass.
Then we will pour in 1-2 pinches of salt, at will and taste - sugar. Cottage cheese mass for cheese cakes is well kneaded with a spoon, so that carrots and flakes are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
