To make Easter custard you will need:



  • cottage cheese - 1 kg

  • Butter 150 g

  • sour cream 1 glass

  • egg chicken - 2 pcs.

  • salt, sugar - to taste.


Preparation.

Sour cream, butter and eggs mix in a separate container and put on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Cover the Easter with a saucer and put oppression on top. Allow excess fluid to drain off.


Pass the Easter in a cold place for several hours.


Prepare the ready dish on a plate, remove the pasochnitsu, then gauze. Decorate Easter at will (colored powder, grated chocolate, candied fruits, etc.).
