Carrot pancakes
Carrots are a very useful and nutritious product,very rich in carotene, which is a provitamin A. But, unfortunately, in the raw form of carrots is almost not used, and especially it does not like children. Carrot pancakes - this is a delicious dish of carrots, which even children will like.






Carrot pancakes can be served to the table sweet,and you can also cook carrot pancakes and garnish - instead of the already boring potatoes or pasta. In carrot pancakes you can add a pumpkin and oat flakes - so the dish will become even more useful.



Carrot pancakes


For cooking carrot pancake you will need:



  • carrots - 200 g

  • milk - 1 glass

  • oatmeal flakes - 200 g

  • eggs - 3 pcs.

  • flour - 100 g

  • salt, spices - to taste


Preparation


Milk should be slightly heated, dissolve salt in it. You can optionally add a little sugar.


Warm up the oatmeal with warm milk and allow to swell. Carrots should be rubbed on a medium grater.


Separate the proteins from the yolks and whip the proteins into a thick foam. Add yolks to grated carrots.


Carrots mixed with swollen oat flakes, add flour and whipped whites. Gently mix the mass of the movements from the bottom up.


In a heated frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the carrot pancakes from two sides to a golden color. Serve hot as garnish or with sour cream.
