The "Rainbow" salad is unique in its own way. Necessary ingredients:




  • peas canned - 1 can


  • fresh carrots - 4 pcs


  • beetroot - 4 pcs.


  • pulp of beef - 350 gr


  • young green onions - 1 beam


  • salad - 1 beam


  • mayonnaise - 1 pack




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Wash beef, cut into four parts, boil in salted water until cooked, and then cool well.


  2. Carrots and beets grate on a large grater, chop the onions finely.


  3. With canned peas, merge the marinade.


  4. Cut the meat very thinly, mix with a piece of mayonnaise and place in the center of a large dish.


  5. Around the beef mass with a thick layer of salad leaves, and on them around the circle to spread out all the other products with small peas, alternating carrots and beets with peas and onions.


  6. Leave the remaining mayonnaise in a small gravy dish and serve with a salad.
