To prepare Greek salad you will need:



  • tomatoes - 500 g

  • Bulgarian pepper - 350 g

  • cucumber - 400 g

  • onions - 1 pc.

  • brynza - 200 g

  • olives (without pits) - 150 g

  • olive oil - 5 tbsp.

  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

  • greens, salt, pepper - to taste




Preparation


Salad is very simple to prepare. All components are cut into cubes of medium size. Mix the ingredients and season the salad with olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with greenery.
