Necessary ingredients:




  • smoked chicken fillet - 300 gr


  • fresh cucumber - 2 pcs


  • sweet onion - 2 pieces


  • carrots in Korean - 200 g


  • tomatoes - 3 pcs


  • pickled mushrooms - 200 gr


  • Cheese hard - 250 gr


  • green onions - 1 beam


  • dill - 1 bunch


  • Mayonnaise 67% - 1 packet


  • vinegar - 4 tbsp

Step-by-step instruction




  1. Half an hour before the preparation of saladpickle onions. To do this, release it from the husks, rinse, chop the semi- rings, place in a separate container and pour a mixture of vinegar and olive oil. Salt, pepper and send to the refrigerator.

Necessary ingredients:




  • red cabbage - 400 gr


  • pepper red and yellow - 1 pc


  • sugar peas - 200 gr


  • green onions - 1 beam


  • carrots - 2 pieces


  • coriander - bundle


  • honey liquid 1/4 st


  • freshly squeezed lime juice - 14 tbsp


  • vinegar - 2 tbsp


  • Ground cumin - 1 tbsp


  • olive oil - 1/3 tbsp


  • Ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp


  • salt - 1/2 tsp

  1. In a small bowl, combine honey, vinegar, lime juice, salt, pepper, cumin and olive oil. Beat whisk and set aside.


  2. Cabbage finely chop, carrots, peas, onions and red peppers chop the small pieces, cut the yellow pepper into half rings.


  3. On a serving plate lay out all the ingredients with strips, harmoniously combining them among themselves in color.
