The composition of this simple cooking preparation includes usual ingredients, but a small addition in the form of red caviar kernels turns a simple dish into an elegant and stylish dish.





Necessary ingredients:




  • boiled eggs - 10 pieces


  • cheese fused - 3 pieces


  • garlic - 6 teeth


  • fresh parsley - 1 bunch


  • mayonnaise 67% - 1 packet


  • red caviar - 100 gr




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Cook hard-boiled eggs, chill, peel and cut into halves. Remove the yolks and cut them with cubes, and put the squirrels aside.


  2. Fold the cheese into cubes and mix with yolks.


  3. Parsley finely chop, garlic through the crush and add to the egg-cheese mass.


  4. Season with mayonnaise and spoon the teaspoon into half of the proteins so that a high slide is obtained.


  5. For a couple of hours put in the refrigerator for impregnation.

Professional cooks decided to ease the task and came up with a simpler recipe that makes meat in jelly fill very quickly.





Necessary ingredients:




  • boiled beef tongue - 1/2 kg


  • chicken fillet (boiled) - 300 gr


  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs


  • carrots - 2 pieces


  • greens - 1 beam


  • gelatin - 20 gr


  • salt


  • pepper


  • large grapes




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Chicken fillet, tongue and pepper chop neat cubes.


  2. Boil the carrot until cooked in salted water and cut into squares.


  3. Wash greens well and chop. Several whole branches to leave for decoration.


  4. Large grape cut into halves and remove pits.


  5. Gelatine powder soak in boiled water in accordance with the proportions indicated on the package. Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir constantly to allow the crystals to completely dissolve.


  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.


  7. At the bottom of wide glasses or bowls lay half of the grapes, both kinds of meat, slices of vegetables and a little greens.


  8. Pour the gelatin and allow to cool on the kitchen table for 20 minutes. Then put it in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified.


  9. Immediately before serving for a few seconds, lower the containers in hot water, and then turn over the plate.


  10. The jellied decorate with fresh green leaves and invite guests.

Necessary ingredients:




  • eggplant - 3 pcs


  • Walnut kernels - 150 gr


  • hard cheese - 100 gr


  • Adjika Georgian acute - 2 tsp


  • garlic - 4 teeth


  • mayonnaise 75% - 4 tbsp


  • Hot pepper - 1 pc


  • salt


  • spice


  • parsley


  • olive oil




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Eggplants rinse, remove tails, sharpen with a knife along the thin plates, fold in a food container, lightly sprinkle with salt and leave for half an hour.


  2. To scoop out the frying pan, pour the oil there.


  3. Eggplants can be thrown into a colander, drained of all the liquid and quickly fried from two sides to light rudeness.


  4. Put on a paper napkin to absorb excessive fat.


  5. On a small grater grate the whole volume of cheese, let the garlic through the press, and nuts moulder in the blender. Combine the products in a separate deep vessel, season with mayonnaise and mix well.


  6. Each eggplant plate on one side is smeared with Georgian Adzhika. On the edge lay a small amount of cheese and nut mixture and gently wrap.
