The distance to the screen at your workplace should be 60-70 cm, you should look at the screen slightly from the top down. If you work with a lot of paper besides a computer, you will need additional light source - for example, a table lamp.



When organizing a workplace, it is advised to divide the table into conditional zones, each of which has its own purpose. If the center of the table is a computer, then on the rightfrom it (where the mouse is located) should be the items that you use most often - phone, pen and notebook, reference literature. A little higher, in the upper right corner of the table, it is advised to post business papers. Try to store on the table only the documentation that you need today, and everything else is hidden in the desk drawer.
